Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: December 8, 2025


1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling work for all programs and services offered by Align Up Vibes, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

This policy is part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service. Please also review our Privacy Policy.

We believe in transparency and fairness. We also protect the integrity of our programs and the commitments we make to our clients. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


2. Coaching Programs and Courses

This includes all individual coaching, group coaching, digital courses, and transformation programs (such as The Breakthrough Experience, The Reinvention Experience, The Expansion Experience, and any other programs we offer).

Cancellation Window

You have three (3) calendar days from your date of purchase to cancel for a full refund. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to [email protected] within this window.

After the Cancellation Window

After three (3) days from purchase, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided, regardless of participation level or program completion.

Why This Policy Exists

Our programs have limited enrollment. When you secure your spot, we reserve resources, time, and capacity for you. We also turn away other clients to honor your commitment. This policy protects the structure, integrity, and fairness of the program for all participants.

No Guarantees

We do not make guarantees regarding results, outcomes, or performance. Individual results vary based on many factors.

Refunds will not be granted due to changes in personal circumstances.


3. Payment Plans

If you enroll using a payment plan, you are committing to pay the full program investment. This commitment stands regardless of:

  • Program completion

  • Participation level

  • Whether you choose to stop attending

Missed Payments

If a scheduled payment fails, we may pause your access to program materials and community until your account is brought current.

Outstanding Balances

Failure to complete a payment plan may result in collection efforts. You will be responsible for additional fees, including legal or collection costs, if applicable.


4. Dual Enrollment (Partners, Couples, or Co-Participants)

For programs where two people enroll together:

  • Each participant must individually agree to this Refund Policy.

  • Each participant is individually responsible for the full program investment.

  • If one participant chooses to withdraw, no refund or proration is provided.

  • The remaining participant may continue in the program.


5. Live Events, Workshops, and Retreats

This applies to all in-person and virtual live events.

Event Registrations

All event tickets and tuition are non-refundable.

Transfer or Credit Options

If you cannot attend and notify us at least 14 days before the event start date, you may:

  • Transfer your ticket to another person, or

  • Request a credit toward a future event (at our discretion)

Within 14 Days or No-Show

Cancellations within 14 days, or no-shows, are not eligible for refunds, transfers, or credits due to venue and staffing commitments.

Event Cancellation by Us

If we cancel or reschedule an event, you may choose:

  • A full refund, or

  • Transfer to the new date or a future event


6. Digital Products and Downloads

All digital products — including downloadable guides, templates, workbooks, audios, and videos — are non-refundable once delivered.

Digital products are considered "used" upon download or access.


7. Physical Products (If Applicable)

If physical items are offered:

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original packaging.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.


8. Rescheduling Coaching Sessions

If your program includes scheduled 1:1 or group coaching calls:

  • We require at least 24 hours' notice during business hours for rescheduling 1:1 sessions.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • Missed sessions without notice may not be rescheduled.

  • Unused sessions do not roll over beyond your program end date, cannot be extended, and are not refundable.


9. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Requests must be made in writing:

Please include:

  • Full name

  • Email used for purchase

  • Program or product name

  • Order number (if available)

  • Reason for request

We typically respond within three (3) business days.

Requests sent via social media, text message, voicemail, or any channel other than email will not be considered valid.


10. Exceptions and Discretion

We may, at our sole discretion, make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Any exception granted does not obligate us to grant the same exception to others.

If a specific program offers a guarantee or special refund terms, those will be clearly stated on the checkout page or agreement, and will override this policy for that specific purchase.
