We use SMS (text) and MMS (multimedia) messages to communicate with clients, subscribers, and program participants about our coaching programs, events, and services.

• Appointment and Session Reminders — Notifications about upcoming coaching calls, sessions, or deadlines

• Program Updates — Information about your enrollment, course access, module releases, or program changes

• Support and Check-Ins — Accountability messages, progress check-ins, and support communications

• Event Reminders — Logistics, schedules, and updates for live events, workshops, or retreats

• Community Notifications — Alerts about community activity, live sessions, or group calls

Message frequency varies based on your participation level and preferences.

• During active programs: Frequency may increase (e.g., weekly reminders, session notifications)

We aim to keep our messaging reasonable and aligned with the purposes described above. You can adjust your preferences or opt out at any time.

4. Opt-In and Consent

How You Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from us by:

What Happens After You Opt Out

We are not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.

8. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier's network availability and performance. We cannot guarantee that messages will be delivered or delivered on time. Factors that may affect delivery include:

• Network congestion or outages

• Your device being powered off or out of range

• Carrier filtering or blocking

• Incorrect phone number provided

Supported carriers include (but are not limited to): AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier participation may change without notice.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

How We Use Your Mobile Number

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Align Up Vibes, LLC, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or costs arising from:

• Carrier fees or charges

• Unauthorized access to messages

• Technical failures or errors in the SMS program

• Your reliance on information provided via SMS

14. Governing Law

These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these SMS Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Service.
